Q: When will the bag arrive?
A: 2 weeks after spree closes.
Q: How do you charge for the bag fee?
A: Converted bag price + shipping cost
Q: Why are the prices of some bags different?
A: They are in different collections, as some designs are from well-known artists and so on, thus explaining the higher price. I highly recommend you to buy from THE CLASSICS collection if you're uncomfortable with paying for the more expensive ones.
Q: Do I get a refund if the bag does not match the photo I saw of it? (E.g. different/off colour)
A: As I am ordering the bags from a U.S. site, shipping back a bag will be troublesome, thus I will not be able to get another bag for you, so I hope you purchase at your own risk. Based on experience sake (11 sprees), the bag closely matches the photo colour, so do not worry too much.
Q: YOUR BAG IS WAY TOO EXPENSIVE, SELL IT CHEAPER/ I CAN EASILY GET IT CHEAPER IN TOWN.
A: Firstly, shipping fees is costly, due to the bag being wide. There is always a cheaper option, Dickies. Jansport lovers, gather! As I always say, pay more to get what you want than waste money on something you don't really want.
Q: Can you sell the other Jansport products? (E.g Tote bag, sports bag)
A: Due to the weight and size difference, shipping will be tricky and unfair to those who paid more for the shipping due to a larger width of their bags, so i'm sorry!

Cannot find the design you are looking for?
As you can see, Jansport consistently produces new designs to replace the older ones, so it is no longer possible to obtain the older designs as they are discontinued and no longer available on major sites (you can try ebay). So sorry!
